I can't believe the last time I posted anything was April 20th! So much time has gone by and I've been a very busy bee in my little world. The big thing I was working on the last time we spoke was my daughter's Quinceanera. That all took place and if you'd like to see a few photos, you can see them here. This is the photo that I used for the program cover. I felt like I had to do a program because the majority of our guests did not know what a Quinceanera was much less, had ever been to one.
The invitations, program and thank you notes were all done with My Digital Studio. I'm always amazed at how easy this program is to use. Did you know that you try it out for FREE. Visit my website and you can use it for 30 days to see if you like it.
And I know it's a little late for Father's Day carda but these were so cute I just had to show you. I cased them both, one from Pinterest and one from Stampin' Up!'s FB page. To be honest, I don't remember which came from where. I tend to surf the card ideas and save photos to my computer. When I need them, I just print them to copy. I usually change the colors or the wording because I don't have exactly what is shown. The mustache card was also done with MDS. I purchased the brush set called Many Mustaches for $3.95. I added about 16 mustaches to a page layout and printed it out on Very Vanilla Cardstock on my own printer at home. Each person had to trim out their own mustache but it was a snap. The wording I did with MS Publisher and sized it so that we could use the extra large oval punch to punch it out. Change the greeting and these would be snazzy birthday cards for men. I'm always trying to design a masculine birthday card. Aren't you?
