This was on my FB and some of my friends insisted I put it on my blog.
My little dog sleeps with me. Always has, always will. So last night my little dog wakes me up at 3 a.m. to go outside. VERY unusal so I let her out thinking maybe she's sick. She takes forever to come back in so I start falling asleep on t...he couch. Finally, she softly woofs to come in. I let her in. Everything is dark, I didn't turn any light on b/c it's my own house and know where everything is right? I climb back in bed but Chelsea doesn't jump back in until Mark fusses at her & tells her to get in or go away. She gets in. Then she proceeds to bury her bone. She always has a little chew bone or toy that she brings to bed with her. After much digging, pulling, fluffing, tugging, I tell her that "no one wants your bone, knock it off". She does and we all go back to sleep. This morning I roll out of bed and decide I might as well make the bed while I'm on the phone with my gf. I pull back the sheets and find this! Half a rabbit corpse!!! After I scream and Mark takes a picture we start laughing hysterically. It wasn't a bone Chelsea was hiding, it was the dead rabbit and we slept with it for 4 hours tucked snuggly between us!!! Only at the the Copeland's house...I'm going to spare you the picture and instead give you this card I made with a WHOLE bunny that's still kicking.

How funny! We used to keep our bedroom window open so the cats could come & go. One night hubby felt something warm plop on his bare back & he woke me up to turn the light on. Yep- dead baby rabbit. Cat thought he was bringing us a present!
